I comb through various sites to for get information based on my client’s needs and then compile them on a formatted data base.

This is where I go to look for Tax Delinquencies

incurred by specific property such as:

COURT SITE

Court site is the most time consuming for me as I have to read the whole case form the first page until the last page get the whole gist of the case proceedings.

The information that I look for are:

Case Type

Case Status

Case Initiation Date

Mortgage Default Date

Mortgage Modifications

Judgement Debts

REAL ESTATE SITE

I use real estate sites to determine the estimated price of the property, property vacancy and tax assessment values of the property.

These sites are:

Zillow

Har

Redfin

NJ Properties

After going through all those sites and scanning through various records with scrutiny, I will input all the necessary data gathered on a formatted data base for my client.

It could be on a spread sheet or in Podio.

Just a disclaimer.

Those sites mentioned above are paid on

a monthly subscription by my client

but some of them have free features.

I am always open to learn new skills with passion so if you need help

with this kind of work or any time consuming tasks that you might want to get rid of,

I will gladly take it off from your hands!
